Single Fare 4 exhibition – NYC

I found out about this magical exhibition whilst browsing on Instagram. It resonated immediately and I had to put word out to my travelling friends!!!

Thank you Fabienne and Jet for coming to my rescue!! Not only did they get me the cards but they also flew them over personally and posted them from New York State with a stamped return envelope!

When posting them from SA I discovered that no post office within reach of me had any international stamps available for the return envelope that I had to submit with my artworks. If all the “boxes” weren’t ticked then my artworks would not have been shown! I am eternally grateful to the synchronicity of life and to friends that support my art.

Thanks also to Budgie for bringing me an unexpected gift of two more metro cards! I will be using them for the next exhibition. I’m holding thumbs that I can get there for the opening in 2018!

For now, I’m happy, excited and grateful that my artworks are there!
